I believe effective learning starts with understanding the individual student. Every learner has a different pace, different strengths, and different challenges. My role is to create a structured, supportive environment where progress feels steady and achievable.

Teaching is not just about delivering information. It is about building confidence, developing independent thinking, and helping students feel capable in their abilities.

  • Families walk out of IEP meetings with less than they came in with — and I know exactly how to prevent that

  • What schools look like from the inside when they're working, struggling, and when they've quietly given up

• I've seen how districts protect themselves, and I know how to read what's happening beneath the surface of a polite meeting

• I've seen parents leave IEP meetings knowing something is wrong but unable to name what they actually want — helping families find that clarity is often where the real work begins
